This page explains what personal data Exmoorweb Website Design collects, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We only ever collect what we need to respond to you and run the website.

What we collect

• Details you submit through our contact form: name, email address, phone number, business name and your message.
• Anonymous analytics data about how the site is used, only where you have accepted analytics cookies.
• Server logs including IP address, used for security and troubleshooting.

How we use it

We use your details solely to reply to your enquiry and to deliver any services you go on to request. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are retained for up to 24 months, after which they are deleted. Client records are kept for as long as required for accounting and legal purposes.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email marcus@exmoorweb.co.uk and we will respond within one month.
