Scope of work

Every project is defined by a written proposal setting out deliverables, timescales and price. Work outside that scope is quoted separately before it begins.

Payment

Unless agreed otherwise, a deposit is payable before work starts, with the balance due on launch. Ongoing maintenance is billed monthly in advance.

Client responsibilities

You agree to supply content, images and feedback in a timely manner, and confirm you hold the rights to any material you provide.

Ownership

On final payment, ownership of the completed website and its content transfers to you. Domains are registered in your name and remain yours.

Liability

We take care to deliver reliable, secure websites, but we cannot be held liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the work in question.
